Welcome to the CLCA Website...

We are an independent organization compiling a registry of the WHMIS certification status of Canadian companies to make sure they are compliant with the Federal and Provincial labour laws requiring that every applicable employee receives WHMIS training. With this compilation, the Canadian Labour Compliance Agency, along with industry members and government, will be able to create safer work places forall employees.

Our main goal is to be able to educate employers aboutthe changes to the current laws directly pertaining to them. Moreover, we want to inform employers across Canada about their legal obligations and, more importantly, the risks they face if they choose to ignore these laws. Our motivation is that we will be able to assist companies in their prevention of senseless and avoidable consequences to their employees as well as their entire company.
